## About

Reinier Rademan is a digital design and strategy consultant with 18+ years of experience across South Africa’s top agencies including OgilvyOne, Quirk, Dentsu, and ninety9cents, where he was the youngest Digital Group Head. He was a Partner and the Founder leader of the UI/UX Department for King Price Insurance. He founded Rademan Studios to offer the same senior capability without the agency overhead.

Rademan Studios operates primarily as a solo practice with occasional subcontractors. Engagements run remotely across South Africa and internationally. On-site sessions are available when required.

## Engagement Models

- Contract — R500–R700/hr. Embedded, hands-on execution. Minimum 18 days.
- Consulting — R700–R800/hr. Strategic audits, advisory, executive alignment. Minimum 15 days.
- Monthly Retainer — R30,000+/month. 40 hours per month, flexible scope, minimum 3-month commitment.
